In our continued efforts to help Avitats better serve their customers, ExxonMobil Aviation has been asking customers for feedback for over 15 years—and rewarding them with gifts for their comments.  Pilots, schedulers, and dispatchers are given the opportunity to rate the facility in four categories: customer service, image, quality control, and training certifications. This feedback allows our dealers to better meet customer needs while acknowledging and rewarding those that uphold the foremost service standards.  The annual PremierSpirit awards program is competitive and beneficial, as it challenges ExxonMobil Aviation-branded FBOs to continue delivering the highest caliber of customer care.

PremierSpirit is currently not available in Europe or the Middle East.
