Requirements
Avitats represent the most premier among the ExxonMobil Aviation network of fixed base operators. Only facilities offering ExxonMobil (or affiliated) jet fuel are eligible for consideration as potential members of the Avitat family, but this is far from the only determining factor.
What separates Avitats from other brands is service—whether at the front desk, on the ramp, or from the flight tower. Thus, our focus at ExxonMobil is offering the tools that help our Avitat FBOs excel. PremierCare, PremierSpirit, and the Avitat Networking Tool are designed to help our Avitat dealers succeed in providing the best service in the industry. In addition, our extensive, award-winning advertising program broadly increases awareness of the superior service that customers receive at Avitats worldwide. Above all, to become an Avitat, your facility will need to exemplify quality service in its appearance, reputation, and results.
An Avitat’s facilities should be best-in-class. Amenities should include a conference room, a work room with internet access, separate passenger and pilot facilities, a kitchen, and catering services.
Avitats take pride in their premier status as well as their participation in ExxonMobil Aviation programs such as PremierCare, PremierSpirit, Pilots+ Rewards, AIRWORLD, and the Avitat Networking Initiative. It follows that we encourage new members of the Avitat community to likewise embrace these programs.
Avitat is not a franchise. We are an elite group of FBOs that come together as a family to help each other improve service throughout our network, employ unique methods of sharing strong ideas, programs, and customer feedback.
